The new ChargePoint DL facilitates bulk handling of potent API and formulation
products, setting new standards for the robustness, reliability and operability required
for powder handling in large scale production.
Supplied in 200, 250 and 300mm, the ChargePoint DL is ideal for a wide range of
powder transfer applications throughout the API production and formulation
processes providing reliable operator and product protection.
The unique design features patent pending DiscLock™ technology designed to
maximise containment performance with an efficient, high integrity metal-to-metal
disc seal in conjunction with precision machined seats ensuring optimum operational
performance and interchangeability.
Operator Exposure Levels (OEL) of 1-10µg/m³ are achieved by the ChargePoint DL,
offering a level of containment to meet the exacting requirements of the
pharmaceutical industry.
Operation is fully automated with 2 two pneumatic actuators located at each side of
the Active valve. This arrangement provides a low profile design with minimum space
requirements for docking. The DL can be mounted to the PowerDock™ system,
which automates the raise lower docking of the Active and Passive halves of the
valve and also accommodates for any misalignment in engagement.
The ChargePoint DL is designed with a minimum number of parts offering ease of
maintenance and reliable, repeatable performance. The valve can be fitted with any
type of connection for compatibility and engineering integration with any IBC
manufacturer making the ChargePoint DL a highly versatile solution to contained
powder transfer applications.
