ChargePoint Technology redesigns its customer web experience

ChargePoint Technology, market leader in containment and aseptic transfer valve systems, launches its new website to improve the user experience.

The new website can be easily navigated on different devices. Furthermore, the website has been designed to meet the requirements of global customers.

Ben Wylie, Product Marketing Manager at ChargePoint Technology, adds: “We found out that the main search criterion of our customers is the industry sector they work within. Therefore, we have emphasised industry focused pages to provide users with the quickest avenue to the information they require”.

In addition, one of the main features of the new website is that includes a product selector filter to the accessories section. “We have a wide range of accessories that enhance the performance, usability and lifetime of our containment and aseptic transfer valves. Therefore, we have added a product selector filter to facilitate the search of accessories that suit the solution acquired by the customer”, said Ben Wylie.
