How it works...

The EXCEL System functions similarly to the standard ChargePoint operation - with one important change during the undocking sequence.

1) During the un-docking sequence the two valves halves separate slightly to form a sealed chamber.

2) Gas or air is introduced at pressure into this chamber removing any existing product, which is simultaneously extracted and filtered.

3) A fine mist is then injected into the chamber trapping any remaining powder in a damp state, which prevents it from becoming airborne. The valve is then un-docked.
