How it works...

1) The Extraction Ring comprises of a 360º perforated plenum. This arrangement couples to the Active half, sitting above the Active locking ring, and is connected to an extraction source.

2) During docking, charging and undocking operations, the extraction is activated to an extraction operator control panel.

3) The airflow created ensures that any potential airborne particles are taken away from the operator environment into the extracted air stream.

The system can be supplied with various split valves in the Chargepoint range offering options such as Pressure Rated Powder transfers at various containment levels to suit your requirements.

• Cost effective high containment upgrade

The Extraction Ring can be retrofitted to existing ChargePoint valves. No re-engineering or modifications need to be made to upgrade for higher containment performance.

• Ideal for multi-station/room use

The installation of an Extraction Ring to a valve is very quick and easy. The extraction apparatus can be supplied on a mobile skid. These factors make the system ideal for multi-room use.
