A secure split valve for powder charging and dispensing under pressure

How it works...

1) Pressure Rated Plugs and Passives incorporate an O-Ring on the body circumference to maintain pressure seal.

2) The Pressure Rating does not rely on the disc/seat fit therefore the valve can be used for charging under pressure.

3) The discs remain the same thickness as the standard ChargePoint, so does not impede the flow of powders during transfer.

Available on the 50mm-200mm range of split valves using specially designed Active in conjunction with a Pressure Rated Plug or Passive.

Sightglass accessory
A Sightglass accessory can be added to Pressure Rated ChargePoint. When there is no reactor nozzle spare, ChargePoint doubles as a powder transfer valve and a Sightglass.

Pressure Rated Containers
