Easy to handle
The standard ChargeBottle is manufactured from a lightweight polypropylene to aid manual handling. When manually handling larger containers, a ChargeBottle Handle Clamp can be utilised for safer operation. When the process or simply, weight, does not permit manual handling then a pneumatically powered mobile or stationary ChargeBottle Hoist can be installed.

Maximising product flow and yield
Each ChargeBottle is profiled with the optimal cone shape to ensure good flow. Utilising a translucent polypropylene ChargeBottle allows for visual confirmation of complete product charge. When handling difficult products, additional means can be provided either with a Vibratory collar or by utilising a pressure rated ChargeBottle with flushing capability.

Pressure Rated ChargeBottle
ChargeBottle’s can be supplied for pressure charging or flushing capability. The base of the vessel is profiled with a dome to minimize product hold up and assist with the flushing of product out of the vessel.


Cleaning & Washing

Prior to a validated cleaning procedure the contaminated internal surfaces of the ChargeBottle can be washed in place when attached to a ChargePoint valve using the ChargePoint WIP Lance. Alternatively if washing within the process is not permitted, a remote ChargeBottle Wash Station can be used.

Cleaning & Washing

Bottle Wash Station
If washing within the process is not permitted, prior to a validated cleaning procedure the contaminated internal surfaces of the ChargeBottle can be washed utilising a remote specifically designed wash station.

The ChargeBottle Wash Station utilises a WIP Lance which can either be manually raised/ lowered or pneumatically actuated, operated from a local operator control panel. This washing operation is completed without breaking the containment seal of the valve/container.

Autoclave
For complete validated cleaning, ChargeBottle containers of a suitable material can be cleaned within an autoclave.

Automation & Docking

Bottle Hoists & Platforms
Simple mobile bottle hoists and specialised discharge stations, incorporating weigh platforms and pneumatic raise/lower docking arrangements can be provided to suit various discharging applications. Equally mobile and fixed hoists can also be provided for charging applications.

Bottle Handle Clamp
The stainless steel clamp is connected to a container for safer manual handling via the ergonomic hand grips. Clamping the band to a container is simply achieved by an over centre latch, which allows for easy installation and removal for transfer between multiple containers.

Accessories

Vibratory Collar
Pneumatically powered, this removable vibratory clamp is fitted to containers to assist with discharge of powder product with inherent poor flow characteristics.
