Onsite Service & Maintenance
Maintaining the integrity, safety and performance of process equipment once it is installed on site is essential.
Our service engineers can be deployed internationally, providing our customers with a rapid response to both planned and unplanned maintenance visits. Alternatively, planned onsite service visits can be accomodated via a Preventative Maintenance Contract.
Our experienced staff are able to carry out operation and maintenance training onsite or at our headquarters.

OEL Testing (Operator Exposure Level).
This OEL testing can be carried out as a client service as part of the FAT in order to validate the ChargePoint split valve equipment. We test new designs and standard models according to SMEPAC guidelines for powder handling equipment, to ensure containment integrity and statements are correct.
IQ / OQ (Installation Qualification / Operational Qualification).
Our engineers have vast experience of installing equipment onsite and can provide IQ OQ services for new equipment. Existing equipment can also be re-commissioned and re-validated.
FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).
Once manufacture is completed, equipment undergoes complete Factory Acceptance Testing to ensure that it leaves us in good working order.
