We have a fantastic opportunity to join ChargePoint Technology in the new role of Facilities Support Technician. Reporting to the HSEF Manager, you will take responsibility for maintenance and upkeep tasks across our two facilities, located on the same site in Speke, Liverpool. You will also provide support to the Facilities/ H&S and Environmental functions – carrying out a wide variety of manual and administrative tasks, some of which will require working outdoors.
This is a Fixed Term 18 Month Contract
Main duties include:
- Acting as a point of contact for facility related queries/issues raised
- Responsible for maintaining both yard areas – cleaning up, arranging waste collections etc.
- Regular use of the floor cleaning machine to maintain the cleanliness of the shopfloor walkways and floor areas.
- General site maintenance tasks, such as painting/minor repairs/minor plumbing repairs.
- Grounds maintenance – grass cutting, weeding etc.
- Replenishment of PPE and First Aid stations as well as toners for printers
- Ground level window cleaning at both facilities
- Responsible for cleaning and the condition of company van
- Gritting of footpaths, car parks and yard areas when weather conditions require
- Supporting site requirements, such as moving/building furniture/ meeting room set ups/ desk set ups/ moving items between our two facilities

Experience of working in a similar position and within a manufacturing environment is desirable. Maintenance experience would be advantageous.
