The role is to assist with the end-to-end planning and delivery of global events, including trade shows and

customer engagements across multiple regions. Key duties include working with budgets, coordinating

stakeholders and ensuring events align with marketing objectives to maximise ROI.

 

Main Duties

· Event planning and execution: Manage all aspects of event planning from conception to completion

for all global events: trade shows, conferences, hosted customer events – both in-person and digital,

ensuring each event is executed seamlessly

· End to end project coordination: Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution including

logistics, purchasing, creative, marketing and on-site management for events from small tabletops

to shell schemes to large bespoke builds.

· Budget and time management: Track and manage spend ensuring activities are cost-effective and

delivered on time and on budget.

· Supplier coordination : Liaise with suppliers: including event organisers, travel, construction, and

marketing agencies to ensure successful and timely event delivery.

· Stakeholder coordination: Consult with key internal decision makers, and regional sales

management. Work alongside international sales agents and distributors where presence is shared.

Coordinate with logistics and equipment support colleagues. Plan and arrange colleagues’

attendance.

· Marketing assistance: Work with the wider marketing team to assist with the production of event-

based marketing collateral, creative, digital content, advertising, email and CRM. Evaluate and book

sponsorship and speaking opportunities where relevant.

· Reporting: Monitor, analyse and report upon post-event performance metrics and feedback to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language

 

Skills and Experience

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in event management or a related role in a B2B context

· Budget management and numeracy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

· Proficient in Microsoft Office apps , Word, PowePoint, Teams

· Salesforce MCAE (Pardot) knowledge and experience desirable

· Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge and experience

 

Qualifications

· Educated to degree level or equivalent

 

Other Information

· There will be the requirement to travel for international events support. This may require travelling

on weekends or in evenings and overnight stays.

· Travel will require you to have a valid passport and the ability to travel to EU, USA, India and Asia.
