Job Description

As a research / Lead Generation executive your primary duty is to identify potential global drug manufacturing project targets, conduct research into their respective process development pipelines, identify the appropriate contacts and work with the Business Development Managers located in the territory in which the target resides, to manage marketing outreaches, direct calls or mailers, or manage geography specific marketing lead campaigns generating warm leads and contact pipelines across Europe, India and north America building sales pipeline of qualified leads

Main Duties

  • Research into Pharma and Biopharma manufacturing sector
  • Responsible for seeking out, finding, and developing new manufacturing process business leads
  • Making outbound calls to Pharma and Biopharma companies including CMOs, CDMO organizations
  • Send prospective emails and help develop, manage, and implement contact lists
  • Support Marketing and BD team on an as needed basis, leading sales initiatives, and market research
  • Follow up on requests for information from clients
  • Respond to inquiries that come in via email, the website, by phone and/or through webinars and trade shows
  • Research various pharma and biopharma companies, & update their information within database
  • Research various geographical territories and working alongside marketing and business development, lead out-reach campaigns to new contacts to Chargepoint
  • Through your efforts globally, win new clients and generate new revenue
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
  • Ability to learn, understand and retain information regarding ChargePoint product offering
  • Excellent telephone manner for client contact, preferably with experience in outbound calling of any type which includes calls to customers etc.
  • Highly organised and able to manage short to medium term projects
  • Motivated, positive and self-driven
  • Desire to work independently with minimal supervision and from home
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to overcome objections
  • Interest in the healthcare market

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or 2/3 years‘ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in pharma drug sector in addition to lead generation or Sales and/or Marketing
  • Very good English language skills. Second language, preferably German would be beneficial
  • Intermediate to advanced Word and Excel Skills
  • Experience using software would be preferred
