The Role

Reporting to the Head of Product Management & Marketing, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities supporting the implementation of the marketing strategy and support of the direct sales team and global network of re-sellers.

Duties

CAMPAIGNS

  • Execution of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Develop Lead generation campaigns and a content marketing programme.
  • Support Co-Op marketing with the reseller channel Globally
  • Monthly direct communication with resellers marketing dept.
  • Manage graphic design and marketing suppliers
  • Work closely with our PR agency and internal stakeholders on content and communications as part of integrated campaigns and ad-hoc PR.

 

DIGITAL MARKETING & WEBSITE

  • Part of administration team, supplying content & developing corporate website including SEO strategy
  • Digital content and campaign development
  • Maintaining website and tracking
  • Purchasing of ad words on Google in local language
  • Sourcing and managing translation of website

 

PLANNING, BUDGET AND REPORTING

  • Monitoring & maintaining marketing budget
  • Controlling assigned marketing spend
  • Placing (internal & external) and negotiating all purchase orders for marketing spend
  • Follow-up critical payments to guarantee smooth operation
  • Liaise with product marketing/management and business development managers to develop the marketing programmes for the territories
  • Maintain all marketing info database on internal server
  • Weekly and Monthly meetings with colleagues and senior management.
  • Update monthly marketing reports & KPI analysis
  • Attend Meetings to update team of marketing activity
  • Any other tasks deemed commensurate with the role

 

EVENTS

  • Identifying & organization exhibitions, road shows and seminars globally
  • Arrange internal company events
  • Placing and negotiating exhibitions & tradeshow services globally
  • Organising & ensuring packing, transportation, documentation & set-up
  • Potential presence as coordinator of tradeshows (including set-up, breakdown)
  • Organizing accommodation & transportation for staff attending shows
  • Manage marketing equipment & display stands for all direct and indirect sales channels working with colleagues to prepare products.
  • Administer all internal & external documentation for exhibitions, seminars etc.

 

BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Manage company Style Guide and that it is adhered to companywide and within reseller channels
  • Responsible for branding in company offices
  • Organise the creation and ordering of all collateral
  • Contribution to generation of new brochures
  • Organise translation for local printing globally
  • Maintain photo library
  • Organizing translation of documents

 

SALES CHANNELS

  • Executing reseller marketing strategy
  • Ensure Branding upheld by Distributors by collecting copies of all brochures etc.
  • Maintain for monthly Newsletter with content & distributor news
  • Create a” Support Pack in a box ” includes Posters, brochures, posters, pop up stands- for use

The successful candidate will be proactive with excellent organisational, project and time management skills.  Being competent in copywriting and proof reading, you possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written and confident in presenting to all levels in the business.

Experience/Skills

  • Previous experience within a similar marketing role in a B2B business, working both digital and offline, inbound and outbound.
  • Practical understanding of marketing strategy and communications through a wide variety of disciplines.
  • Extensive experience utilising marketing automation and CRM software to configure and execute campaigns is essential
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and the latest search and social techniques that deliver results.
  • Experience liaising with external suppliers and agency partnerships
  • Comfortable handling and organising customer and CRM data and turning digital analytics into insights for optimisation.
  • Demonstrable budget control experience
  • Experience of international marketing working within a team and aligning with a large team of internal and external sales channels would be an advantage
  • The role may require some travel

Qualifications

  • A degree in business, marketing or related subject would be an advantage, however 5 years experience in a marketing discipline, with a good understanding of marketing strategy and execution is essential
