Reporting to the Stores Team Leader, the Stores Picker will be responsible for managing all the picking activities for our production team and ensure stock accuracy.
MAIN DUTIES
Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required.
Ensure picking accuracy of 98% to all production orders.
Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly.
Maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations are always correct.
Participate and support in planned stock takes.
Any other duties commensurate with the role of Stores Picker.

Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be able to work independently and make decisions.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to use your own initiative.
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE (e.g. proficient in Microsoft Office, 1-2 years relevant experience etc)
Good knowledge of Microsoft
No experience needed full training provided, ideally for a school leaver or someone looking for a career in warehousing.
Good level of English verbal and written
QUALIFICATIONS (e.g. GCSE in Maths and English, Degree, Professional Membership etc)
GCSE, Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
