This is a fixed term contract with the view to going permanent for the right candidate.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Internal Sales Support role is responsible for providing exceptional service and operational support to our network of reseller partners.
This includes managing day-to-day sales administration, responding to reseller enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring the efficient delivery of products and services.
The role plays a pivotal part in maintaining strong reseller relationships and enabling sales growth through proactive communication, problem-solving, and a customer-first approach.
MAIN DUTIES
Perform all customer support duties and responsibilities relating to ChargePoint Technology customer services aftercare products and services including:
Act as the first point of contact for reseller partners, responding promptly to queries via email and telephone.
Process reseller orders accurately and within agreed service levels.
The selling and preparation of quotations for AfterCare official resellers
– Spare Parts
– Consumables
– Single Use technology (Containers/Bags and Valves).
– Preventive maintenance services to contract customers
– On-demand corrective, emergency, and paid services
– Equipment refurbishment
– Start-up services, installation/commissioning.
– Customer training on equipment and maintenance operations
– Product accessories
Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Track and update order statuses, keeping resellers informed at all times.
Support the internal sales team with reporting, pipeline updates, and account administration.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to resellers.
Maintain accurate records of all reseller interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Attend required training programs to keep current on product and solutions updates
Adhering and maintain strict control of the AfterCare department processes & procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or account coordination role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and track sales activity.
Strong numerical and administrative skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Desirable:
Experience working in a reseller, distribution, or channel sales environment.
Knowledge of the company’s products/services or the broader industry sector.
Experience with ERP systems for order processing and stock management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Business administration, sales, or customer service qualifications desirable but not essential.
Additional certifications in sales operations or CRM systems are a plus.
