Role
We are searching for a B2B digital marketing executive with proven experience of generating results, to join our Marketing team.
Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will create and execute the company’s digital marketing activities across multiple channels.
With an understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies, a focus on demand gen and lead gen activity you will have previous experience in creating and optimising content that drives website traffic, generates leads that convert into customers.
Main Duties
Execution of the B2B digital marketing activity to generate and nurture qualified leads and build a lasting connection with customers
Stay up to date with and implement the latest trends, technology, and best practices where relevant
Manage multiple digital marketing channels
Utilise tools including Google Analytics to measure and deliver monthly reports on performance of digital marketing ROI and KPIs
Create content for organic and paid LinkedIn activity, including overseeing a content calendar targeted to our audience (including landing pages, emails, blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, podcasts, videos, infographics)
Updating the website content via a Content Management System
Improve online presence and rankings, utilising best practice SEO strategy including keyword research and optimising on-page SEO
Management and optimisation of Google AdWords, to increase company brand awareness, optimise campaign performance and generate leads
Collaborate with external media agencies on website development and creative projects ensuring brand consistency and high-quality creative output
Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement across channels
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
Marketing of on and offline events
Key Competencies
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software to increase website traffic, generating and nurturing leads through dynamic workflows into converted customers
Familiarity with web design and development management

3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive
3+ years of experience in implementing results-driven digital marketing activity
3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, Content Management systems and CRM software
(Preferred but not essential)
Experience with Salesforce / Pardot Lightening
HTML/CSS, Video software, Adobe Creative Suite
Experience within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector
