We are searching for an experienced B2B digital marketer with proven experience in generating results with a strong focus on paid search to join our Marketing team.

Reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will support the creation and execution of the company’s digital marketing strategy and take ownership of paid search activity.

With a great understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies, particularly PPC, you will have previous experience creating ads and optimised content that drives website traffic and generates and nurtures leads into converted customers.

Main Duties include:

  • Execution of the B2B digital marketing strategy to generate and nurture qualified leads and build a lasting connection with customers
  • Take ownership and responsibility of paid marketing channels, from set up, A/B testing, managing bids and budgets and optimisation
  • Management and optimisation of Google AdWords, to increase company brand awareness and lead generation
  • Utilise tools including Google Analytics, Goolge Search Console and SEMrush to measure and deliver monthly reports on performance metrics, ROI and KPIs
  • Oversee organic and paid social media activity, including managing a content calendar targeted to our audience
  • Updating website content via a Content Management System (WordPress)
  • Improve online presence and search rankings, utilising best practice SEO strategy including keyword research and optimising on-page SEO
  • Collaborate with website designers and developers to improve user experience and conversion rate optimisation through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing processes

  • Strong knowledge and experience in PPC and managing Google Ad campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing automation to increase website traffic, generating and nurturing leads through workflows into converted customers

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, particularly in paid search
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing results-driven digital marketing strategies
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Paid Social, Content Management systems and CRM software

(Preferred but not essential)

  • Experience with Salesforce / Pardot Lightening
  • Google Certified
  • HTML/CSS, Video software, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical/life sciences sector

To be successful in this position, you will have good knowledge and experience with paid search strategy, with a strong focus on Google Ads, online marketing tools and best practices.

You will be proficient in email marketing and automation that generates and nurtures leads into converted customers.

We are looking for a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. You will be a great communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
