We are pleased to announce that Adam Sandland has been promoted from Support Coordinator to Aftercare Support Manager and will now be responsible for managing all the Customer Support Activities, with the Technical Support Engineers and Support and On-Site Service Coordinator reporting directly to him.
Adam has been with ChargePoint for over 3 years, working in key support roles for Sales and AfterCare. The promotion to the new role comes as recognition of his dedication to customer support over the past 12 months as the business has grown. Adam’s role is to focus on how we support and work with customers, as well as coordinating and improving all support activities for our customers. Adam and his team will be working to develop the support activities we offer to our clients.
