A range of docking stands has been developed to allow reliable and repeatable docking of the PuroVaso® containers with the process machinery.
With the PuroVaso® container fitted within its PuroGrab™, the container is slid onto the docking forks of the stands. The precision construction of the PuroGrab™ and the docking stand ensures reliable and repeatable docking accuracy.
The importance of repeatable docking accuracy is particularly important when using the PuroVaso® container system with split butterfly valves, where valve halves must be aligned to within a few millimetres to ensure the valve dock correctly.
The docking stands can either be a stand-alone floor-standing design or integrated into the process equipment. Design engineers at PuroVaso® will work with you to integrate the docking stand into the equipment layout, thus providing a seamless materials handling solution.
