The ChargeBag® PE S

This single-use, aseptic powder transfer bag offers a transformative solution for manufacturers seeking to reduce cleaning, simplify validation, and enhance sterility assurance. Its high-purity HiPure™ ULP7 LLDPE film provides both strength and product protection, while the permanent anti-static additive delivers reliable performance throughout the transfer process. The fully transparent film ensures clear visibility of powders during handling and the integrated reinforced handle and tri-clamp ferrule connection make it easy to integrate into existing or automated systems. Designed for APIs, excipients, buffer powders and more, the ChargeBag® PE S is a robust tool for contamination-controlled powder transfer.

The ChargeBag® XL

For large-scale powder handling, we will also be showcasing the ChargeBag® XL, a high-capacity, single-use container designed for demanding pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing environments. Available in volumes from 10 to 200 litres, its three-dimensional shape promotes smooth product flow, optimal discharge and minimal residue. It can be configured in single- or double-port formats and integrates seamlessly with tri-clamp or ChargePoint® passive containment valves. Manufactured in an ISO 6 cleanroom and optimised for purity and robustness, it is an ideal solution for sites that require reliable, risk-reduced powder transfer at scale, without the burden of cleaning or validation work.

The ChargeBag® QF

Visitors will also be able to explore the ChargeBag® QF, a single-use, pharmaceutical-grade powder transfer bag designed for fast and efficient dispensing in high-throughput environments. Its full-diameter top opening provides operators with quick, unobstructed access during filling, helping to minimise waste and improve accuracy. A protective skirt shields the filling area from contamination, further reducing the need for cleaning. Each bag is manufactured in an ISO 6 cleanroom and meets GMP standards. With its durable, transparent, anti-static HiPure™ ULP7 film construction, 100% pressure-decay testing and tri-clamp discharge connection, the ChargeBag® QF supports rapid deployment, smooth docking and reliable aseptic performance.

AseptiSafe® Split Butterfly Valve

For sterile powder transfer, our AseptiSafe® Split Butterfly Valve will also be available. This system ensures safe, contained and repeatable transfer of powders and sterile components between cleanroom environments without compromising product integrity or cleanroom classification. Its split-valve mechanism ensures that the active and passive halves only open when correctly docked, creating a secure, closed pathway that significantly reduces contamination risk during both connection and disconnection. The valve supports SIP and autoclave cycles and wider cleanroom configurations. Designed to meet the most demanding regulatory expectations, the system provides proven contamination control, excellent sterility assurance and reduced reliance on high-grade cleanroom space.

PharmaSafe® Split Butterfly Valve

For high-potency powder applications, we will be showcasing the PharmaSafe® Split Butterfly Valve, our solution for safe, dust-free transfer of potent APIs and hazardous excipients. Its split-valve technology ensures a fully sealed interface during transfer, enabling facilities to meet stringent containment requirements, extensive PPE or bulky additional equipment. Providing a scalable solution tailored to your process and potency needs. PharmaSafe® a is trusted for vessel charging, dispensing, sampling, blending and other high-risk applications. Its compact footprint and ergonomic operation make it suitable both for new facility designs and efficient retrofitting programmes.
