Get to know the team:

Darren Garvey, Vice President of Sales

After starting his career as an apprentice Mechanical Design Draftsman, Darren progressed into Project Management before moving into Sales.

In his current role as Vice President of Sales, Darren brings extensive knowledge and experience across his 40 years in Powder Handling and Containment.

Darren will be celebrating 15 years at ChargePoint Technology this September.

Austin Smith, Product Development Engineer

After joining ChargePoint Technology in January 2024, Austin brings a wealth of experience in mechanical design, development, and production.

Austin has expertise in engineering plastics, with a focus on sheet plastic fabrication and welding. This unique fabrication method opens a wide range of possibilities without the typical limitations of plastic moulding techniques.

As a Product Development Engineer, Austin is responsible for creating solutions for industry challenges and driving improvements to product utility, ergonomics and safety.

Kyle Koza, Sales Application Specialist

Kyle joined Terracon Solutions 14 years ago and has since founded and developed Terracon’s machining department.

In 2022, Kyle transitioned into sales application, working closely with the sales and engineering teams to deliver products that meet their customers’ and fabrication team’s unique needs and requirements.

Recently, Kyle has taken on the responsibility of being the main point of contact for customers’ offering his extensive experience and knowledge to help them meet their fluid management needs.
