Terracon™ BagTray™: Our expertly engineered tray securely houses single-use bag chambers while providing optimal access to bag tubing. The tray features a unique sloped design that facilitates superior fluid recovery, ensuring minimal waste. Plus, its stackable capability allows for efficient storage, accommodating up to four trays (200L) without compromising accessibility.

Terracon™ BagTray™ Cabinet: The cabinet is designed for seamless integration with our trays, allowing them to slide in and out effortlessly along robust rails. Each tray locks securely in place with an interlock cam mechanism, promoting safety and stability. The cabinet’s design supports an efficient FIFO (first in, first out) system, streamlining operations compared to traditional stacked trays. Equipped with durable castors, these cabinets are perfect for both processing and internal transport within your facility.

Terracon™ BagTray™ Dolly: Our versatile dolly is engineered for optimal internal transport of trays. A single tray can easily slide from the cabinet onto the dolly, with additional trays stacked on top to create a compact two-tray (200L) configuration. When not in use, the dolly’s stackable design and foldable handle allow for convenient storage, maximizing your workspace efficiency.

1. Terracon™ BagTray™: This tray securely holds bioprocess bags and provides easy access to the tubing. Its sloped design helps recover fluids, minimizing waste. The tray is stackable for easy storage, holding up to four trays (200L) while keeping them accessible.
2. Terracon™ BagTray™ Cabinet: The cabinet holds the trays and lets them slide in and out smoothly. Trays lock securely in place with an interlock cam mechanism for stability. It supports a FIFO (first in, first out) system for better inventory management and has durable castors for easy movement within your facility.
3. Terracon™ BagTray™ Dolly: The dolly helps transport trays easily. A tray slides from the cabinet onto the dolly, with additional trays stacked on top. When not in use, the dolly is stackable and has a foldable handle for easy storage.

Upstream raw material management

Downstream raw material management
