When transferring active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), formulations or cell culture media powders, the ChargeBag® range of single-use, containers is designed to safely and effectively handle, store, and transfer bio-pharmaceutical ingredients in a cost-effective manner.

ChargeBag® PE-SBV excels in high-containment transfer, with ChargePoint’s Split Butterfly Valve (SBV), as it comes with a pre-welded single-use passive as the connection part of the bag unit.

This ensures the safe transfer of powder without exposing operators or the environment to hazardous substances. With the ability to reach containment levels of OEB 5, the ChargeBag® PE-SBV is ideal for safely handling high-potency active pharmaceutical ingredients (HPAPIs) and other sensitive compounds.

One of the most recent additions to the ChargeBag® range is the ChargeBag® QF, a single-use container designed with speed and convenience in mind.

Featuring a large open top flanked by a large skirt, ChargeBag QF is designed to transfer buffer and cell culture media powders, focusing on reducing product loss and time wasted during weigh, dispensing and emptying parts of the transfer process.

The ChargeBag® range is manufactured using HiPure™ ULP7 LLDPE film, which helps transfer challenging powders due to its anti-static properties.

ChargeBag® is designed to integrate with its existing containment and transfer systems—most notably, the ChargePoint PharmaSafe® and ChargePoint AseptiSafe® systems.
